Bartiatric surgery for weight loss

Would you recommend Bariatric surgery for weight loss?

First you need a good surgeon- While many surgeons do advertize their skills, most are hopeless and technically incompetent. All over the country, there are 100s of bariatric clinics- and they all want your MONEY.

Second, you must change your lifestyle if you want the weight loss to continue after surgery.

Third you must have money. This is often the only criteria required for people who want to undergo bariatric surgery- surgeons are in the business of making money and will make up all sorts of bogus criteria just so that they can operate on you.

There is ZERO guarantee that the surgery will work and you will have no complications. There are no refunds in medicine.

If you do not have the money to undergo surgery, then I suggest eating less and walking more. This simple advice does work. It is free, devoid of any complications (unless you fall on ice) and allows you to enjoy nature- the only requirement is motivation.

Regular walking does work for weight loss, albeit a little slow, but the result are guaranteed- something which cannot be said of any other method for weight loss.
