Can one lose weight with sex?

Yes, but you need to have a lot of sex. The majority of people have sex for a few minutes and the amount of calorie loss is less than 25-50. 


If you want to lose a pound, you need to have an hour of active sex daily for 1 week. The weight loss only occurs in the active person. Therefore, if you lie down in bed and let your partner do all the work, you are going to lose jack shit.

If you are going to have sex with the thought of losing weight, very soon you are going to hate sex. It will become dull and monotonous.
