Surgery for cellulite

I have cellulite at the back of my thighs and my doctor recommends surgery. Any suggestions?

I think the first thing you need to do is leave town. This doctor is a fool and a scam artist. Cellulite is embedded in the soft tissues and around skin. So is he/she going to remove all these tissues? This can create a major scar, which can be many times worse than the cellulite. 

Unlike fat deposits, cellulite is much more dispersed and hard to just remove with surgery. There is no good treatment for cellulite except exercise and weight loss. Most women have some degree of cellulite and there is no magical cure. 

Try some prozac instead of surgery-it is safer and cheaper than surgery. Please change your doctor.
