Diabetes and fruits


I am a diabetic and have been told not to eat fruit. Is this good advice?

No BS advice. Sure, fruits contain sugars, but most processed foods contain more sugar than fruits. You can eat anything you want, as long you eat in moderation. Natural foods are far healthier than any processed foods. I highly recommend you cut out processed foods and replace them with fruits and vegetables. You will be hard pressed to find an individual who eats fruits and vegetables who is ill; on the other hand, the same cannot be said for people who eat only processed foods.
