No, it is a rip off and a scam. All nicotine products as
aids to smoking are ineffective. You may as well drink your own piss or someone
else’s-that should tell you exactly what I think about the effectiveness of
these products.
The nicotine manufacturers make billions of dollars selling
crap to desperate people who want to quit smoking. Worse stupid healthcare workers also recommend these gimmicks.
There is no medicine that
works 100% to help people quit smoking. Less than 5% of people quit smoking using nicotine
replacement aids and still relapse rates are high.
The best advice I can give
is go cold turkey, but this requires effort, motivation and dedication.
