Hell never. You can undergo a pancreas transplant, but the
results suck. Afterwards, you may not need insulin, but you will need to take
chemotherapeutic medications, which are prohibitively expensive and have
serious side effects. The success of pancreas transplants is poor and the
potent medications you have to take, will severely reduce your life expectancy.
It is also a very expensive undertaking with ZERO guarantee of success.
